    The issue of legalizing marijuana has made it's way to several states in the last year. Here in Florida, a new law allows a pill made from Cannibas to be used to help sick children.     The Florida Gubernatorial race is only four months away. Incumbent Governor Rick Scott faces a challenge from former Governor Charlie Crist. Scott is a Republican. Crist was a Republican and is now running as a Democrat. Crist has not yet named his running mate, but Scott chose his new Lt.     Most people would say Panama City is a safe place to live. It's family friendly with quiet neighborhoods and a low crime rate. But the last couple of months have not been quiet.
