Panama City Beach, FL -- Residents of one community off Back Beach Road voice their opinion at Thursday night's Panama City Beach City Council meeting as council members considered an appeal to change the zoning.
 
Property owners want it to become business professional, but after a petition in March from residents, city leaders shot it down.

Now they're trying again with the same opposition.

Ultimately, commissioners decided to pull the rezoning ordinance off the table and resubmit it with a slight tweak.

The resubmission eliminates the property that was apart of the neighborhood and will now only include the four properties on Back Beach Road.
