Panama City Police Department announces the arrest of Holly Finch, white female, age 29, of Panama City. 

Ms. Finch is currently housed in CCA awaiting first appearance on charges of Grand Theft, three counts of Forgery and three counts of Uttering Forged Instruments. 

Ms. Finch arrest stems from her involvement in shop lifting property from Sam’s Wholesale Club in Panama City and returning the property for refund, loss totaling in excess of $1500.00. 
She additionally has involved herself in the forgery of business payroll checks from a local restaurant and the cashing of at least three of the checks, totaling over $900.00.
