Panama City Police Department announces the arrest of Eli Saliba, white male, age 57, of Panama City. 

Mr. Saliba is currently housed in CCA awaiting first appearance on charges of Grand Theft and Fraudulent Refunds.  Mr. Saliba’s arrest stems from his involvement in shop lifting property from Sam’s Wholesale Club in Panama City and returning the property for refund.  Co-defendants have been arrested in connection with this incident with future arrests pending.
