The Panama City Police Department announces the arrest of Justin David Otto, white male, age 29 and Wesley Aaron Hensley, white male, age 26; both are residents of Panama City. 

These arrests stem from the investigation into the burglary of Players Club at 1025 West 23rd Street that occurred on the morning of May 4th, 2008.   During the investigation into the incident the Panama City Police Department developed Justin David Otto as a person of interest and were looking for Mr.Otto for questioning.

On May 8th we received information on Mr.Ottos whereabouts and detectives were able to locate him and Mr.Hensley. Both subjects were brought to the Panama City Police Department where we obtained a confession.

Presently the Panama City Police Department is recovering the safe that was taken during the burglary. The safe was located in Bayou George where it was dumped into a swampy area just off Hwy 2301.

Mr.Otto is being charged with Burglary, Grand Theft and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr.Hensley is being charged with Burglary and Grand Theft. Both are currently housed at CCA where they have been first appeared on these charges. The investigation is continuing and additional arrests are possible.
