Today, Beth Gosnell, President of Rock By The Sea, Inc., announced that this year's music festival to benefit pediatric cancer and various service-focused charities will be moving west from St. George Island. The 6th annual concert will take place April 26-29, 2012, in Panama City Beach at Spinnaker Beach Club.
"I am happy to announce that our 2012 music festival will be moving to the world's most beautiful beaches, Panama City Beach. The last five years at St. George Island have been amazing and we will return to the island for other smaller events in the future," said Beth Gosnell. "Throughout the years, our Rock By The Sea family has grown substantially, creating the need for a larger place to call home. To date, we have contributed well over $200,000 for our charities and have inspired more donations above and beyond what we have given directly. Expanding to this new location in order to accommodate a growing number of supporters is a good problem to have."
Rock By The Sea 6 will kick off on Thursday, April 26 early evening with a full line-up of bands. Rock by The Sea expects at least twenty bands to play throughout the weekend and will be announcing some of the line up very soon.
