A popular fast food restaurant is opening up on Panama City Beach and bringing over 70 new jobs to the area.
There's a Hardee's in Lynn Haven and one in Fort Walton Beach, and now one in Panama City Beach. Construction workers are building the brand new fast food restaurant, which is scheduled to open February 27th.
The company is conducting job interviews Friday and once again on February 2nd. A Hardee's spokesperson says this will be a great addition to the area.
"Oh, it's going to be great. We open for breakfast at 4 AM. For those who are traveling can actually come in at 4 o'clock in the morning. So that's an exciting thing as well. And just being here on the beach is just exciting as well," says Sonya Blankenship.
The interviews on February 2nd will be held at the Hampton Inn on the beach.
