Stephen Martin Combs is 27 years old.
He is 6'1", 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Panama City Beach Police say they responded to a call on Fernwood Street last November.
They determined that Stephen Combs had attacked the victim, placing his hands on her throat and choking her.
They say he hurt her when he hit her on the side of the head with a closed fist.
His last known address was listed as Fernwood Street on Panama City Beach.
