This meeting will allow citizens an opportunity to preview the proposed design, ask questions, and/or submit comments concerning the upcoming project.

Proposed improvements to S.R. 30 and S.R. 79 include resurfacing the roadway and improving sidewalks, curb ramps and pedestrian signalization, where necessary, to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. The S.R. 30 project is approximately 5.6 miles in length and the S. R. 79 project is approximately 3/4 miles in length. No additional right-of-way is required for either project. Construction of both projects is currently scheduled to begin in the fall of 2014.

Maps, drawings and other information will be on display. FDOT representatives will be available to explain proposed improvements and answer questions. There will be no formal presentation or public testimony period. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.
