A 12-page report of allegations made of the Arnold High School football program was released Friday.
The report outlines concerns and recommendations by investigator Vern Eppinette. It details allegations of payments to players, students being transported to Panama City Beach to play for the Marlins by coaches in their private vehicles, transportation and living arrangements for players in the Arnold program and recruiting practices by several Arnold coaches and supporters.
Following a meeting last Wednesday between Arnold Principal Keith Bland, Arnold Athletic Director Julie Hale, Arnold Head Football Coach James Hale, Superintendent Bill Husfelt and Chief Operations Officer Dr. John Haley, a one page document was released to local media outlining concerns and recommendations by Eppinette.
Today, another 12 pages of Eppinettes report to Bay District Schools was released detailing interviews with students, parents and coaches into the allegations.
News 13 will have more on this report tonight at 5, 6 and 10 p.m.
