The Bay County Sheriff's office responded to a call on February 8, 2012, in reference to Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival, deputies discovered the damage done totaled nearly $50,000.

Textured Coating Business at 2422 E. 15th Street had been victimized during the night by someone who made holes in the holding tanks on the property. The two tanks, which hold about 20,000 gallons of resin each, had leaked the resin out into a retaining barrier that had been built around the two holding tanks. The hole in the tanks appeared to be about eighteen inches up from the bottom of the tank.

Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call Investigator Crosby at The Bay County Sheriff's Office at 747-4700 or Crime Stoppers at 785-TIPS.
