Kayla FosmireThe Panama City Police Department announces additional charges being filled in the arrest of Nicholas J. Evans, 21 years of age and Kayla N. Fosmire, 21 years of age. Both subjects were first arrested on April 28, 2012 for a number of charges and both are being held in the Bay County Jail. Detectives with Panama City Police Department have completed the review of the evidence collected on April 28, 2012. The evidence contained photos and videos that were located at their residence during a search. Evans was additionally charged with Child Abuse, six counts of Possession of Child Pornography, and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Child. Fosmire was additionally charged with Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child, Child Abuse, and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Child.

The Panama City Police Department announces the arrest of Nicholas J. Evans, 21 years of age and Kayla N. Fosmire, 21 years of age. Panama City Police officers responded to a domestic disturbance call at Macedonia Garden Apartments, 1722 W. 17th Street on April 28, 2012 at approximately 9:30 a.m. During the domestic investigation Evans was arrested for Domestic Battery and Child Abuse, he was booked into the Bay County Jail. During the domestic battery arrest officers noticed a large assortment of fishing gear and electronics within the residence and notified detectives due to recent burglaries and thefts of similar items. While collecting the suspected stolen items from the residence detectives located photo and video evidence showing Evans and Fosmire engaging in several different sexual activities while their 2 year old child was present and observing. Fosmire was arrested and booked into the Bay County Jail charged with Lewd or Lascivious Exhibition in the presence of a child under 12, Evans was additionally charged with Lewd or Lascivious Exhibition in the presence of a child under 12, and Violation of Probation for a previous Grand Theft charge. With the arrest of both parents the child was turned over to the Department of Children and Families. The Burglary and Theft investigation is still ongoing.
