Michael Sullivan, General Manager of the 23rd Street Lowe's, and Charlotte Smith of St. Andrews Community Garden visited News 13 This Morning on Tuesday. They built two container gardens in the News 13 studios, in order to show that everyone, no matter where they live, can be a gardener.
