The man accused of killing a police chief from Arkansas has been charged with DUI manslaughter.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol Jimmy Christo Jr. was charged today with additional charges from an April 27th accident on Panama City Beach.
Lowell, AR Police Chief Joe Landers was involved in a hit and run crash on the beach during Thunder Beach.
His black Harley Davidson was traveling west on Thomas Drive when an eastbound Toyota Camry driven by Christo turned into his path.
Landers died days later at Bay Medical Center
