For a Mom wanting to work out a few days a week and stay in shape and bring a small child along, there's a way to do just that. The exercise is called Baby Boot Camp.
The program blends strength training, aerobic endurance and flexibility and strollers used as fitness machines. Cassidy Carrow is the instructor and says the program is a way for Moms to connect with other Moms while getting a great workout at the same time. Plus it's a way to bond with their kids as well.
Baby Boot Camp classes are conducted four days a week from 9:00am to 10:00am at Oaks By The Bay Park in St. Andrews.
