Kristopher J. Kelly is 29 years old. He is 6'2", 175 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Authorities say Kelly is a registered sex offender who is required by law to maintain a current address.

During a routine address check, the Bay County Sheriff's Office says Kelly had not resided at his listed address on West 19th Street in Panama City in over three months.
