
The Panama City Police Department is investigating a robbery where a gun was fired at the victims.
The incident occurred on June 6, 2012 at approximately 1:30 a.m., in a parking lot next to Bambi's Doll House, located at 2915 E. 5th Street in Panama City. The victims were in their vehicle when a group of 5 to 6 black male subjects approached them. The males approached the victims and briefly began a conversation.
One of the males displayed a handgun and demanded money. One of the males took a wallet from one of the victims and all of the males fled in a dark colored SUV. The victims attempted to follow the SUV onto Kraft Avenue when someone in the SUV fired a gun in their direction, the victims returned to the scene and notified police.
The victims described the suspects as being black males, 16 to 20 years of age; the one who was armed has light skin, close cut hairstyle, and no facial hair. Other witnesses were located who gave a similar account of what happened.
