They have released a brand new mobile app that brings real-time information about the nation's beaches straight to your phone.
It's called "U.S. Beach Finder" and it will locate the closest beach to you anywhere in the United States, but it doesn't stop there.
Just in time for the summer travel season, this mobile tool gives users the latest weather forecasts, ocean conditions, attractions and more pertaining to their beach of choice.
"Visit South Walton" officials say they are helping folks find their perfect beach, and, although they may not be looking into the 26 miles of South Walton's beaches, the potential of having their brand in the hands of millions across the nation was enough to spark inspiration.
"This application allows you to find your closest beach, location based software. It gives you all the conditions that you might be interested in at that beach.
