Bay County, Fla. -
James Benjamin Daniel is 74-years-old. He is six feet tall with brown hair and hazel eyes.
The Bay County Sheriff's Office says in January of 2010, they investigated a fraud case in which it was determined that Daniel had taken $10,000 from at least five individuals regarding an investment opportunity.
Daniel reportedly promised each individual that they would become equal partners in the purchase of an estate for a lower price than it was worth with the promise that it would be sold for a large profit. An investigation found the estate did not even exist.
