UPDATE: Power Restored in Gadsden, Liberty Counties - WMBB News 13 - The Panhandle's News Leader
According to Talquin Electric, power has been restored to all those affected by the Liberty County substation this morning.

Talquin Electric has experienced a transformer failure in its Liberty County Substation. Power is expected to be restored by late today.
Approximately 1690 members have been without power in the south west portion of Gadsden County since early this morning and down into the south west portion of Liberty County.
This also powers the members on Sweetwater water system which serves about 30 members. Multiple crews, substation techs and supervisors have been on site since about 2am to make repairs and restore power as quickly as possible.
