The Panama City Beach Police Department announces the arrest of a 33 year old white male, Mr. Dustin Lamar Sutton from Cleveland, Georgia, on the charge of Aggravated Battery.
At approximately 1:20 am, Mr. Sutton was involved in a physical altercation in the parking lot of Coyote Ugly Saloon with Mr. Wesley Mayo of Wewahitchka, Florida. During the altercation Mr. Sutton pulled a knife and Mr. Mayo suffered two stab wounds and was transported to Bay Medical Center for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
During the altercation, Ms. Heather Brewer of Sugar Hill, Georgia, Mr. Sutton's girlfriend, attempted to break up the fight and suffered a laceration to the leg with the knife used during the altercation. Mr. Sutton was later transported to the Bay County Jail.
