Free 4th of July Concert at Oaks by the Bay Park

     The Independence Day celebration got off to an early start, when music rang out at Oaks By The Bay Park in Saint Andrews.  The Tennessee Air National Guard Band delighted a crowd of about one thousand with a variety of musical genres, from the big band sound to rock and roll, and of course, patriotic favorites.  The band is on a training mission, and will perform nearly a dozen free concerts on their southern swing.  The Tennessee Air National Guard Band will perform one more local concert on Sunday July 1^st at Pier Park starting at five o'clock.
