The Panama City Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating the owner of a boat hull that washed up on the shore of Carl Grey Park, near the Hathaway Bridge, over the past few days.

The boat is an estimated 18' to 20' Bayliner hull, blue in color with yard debris inside that consist of palm fawns and Spanish bayonet trimmings that were recently cut, as some are still green. The boat has been stripped of everything of value and either broke free or was released by someone into St. Andrews Bay. The identifying numbers and markings have been removed from the boat.

If you have any information in reference to the location where this boat may have originated from please contact Sgt. Laramore at the Panama City Police Department, 850-872-3112 or you can report your tips anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 850-785-TIPS.
