Sewage Discharge Notice for Mexico Beach Rescinded

The sewage discharge notice posted on June 26, 2012 advising against swimming in the Gulf waters between 6^th and 13^th Streets in Mexico Beach due to the discharge of untreated sewage into a drainage ditch that enters the Mexico Beach 8^th Street Canal and adjacent Gulf waters has been rescinded.

Testing of the beach water has resulted in satisfactory bacteriological test results.
