Reed Pleads to Sexual Battery, Burglary Charges

State Attorney Bill Eddins announced today that in Walton County Circuit Court, Jason Waring Reed entered a plea to two counts of Sexual Battery & two counts of Burglary of a dwelling with a Battery.

These charges arose from two incidents that occurred in South Walton during the summer of 2011.

Judge Kelvin Wells sentenced Jason Waring Reed to 25 years state prison and designated him as a Sexual Offender. The victims were in agreement with the plea and were pleased with the resolution of the case prior to trial.
