Two Charged with Burglary on Gulf County Store - WMBB News 13 - The Panhandle's News Leader

Earlier this morning employees at the Creekstop Grocery Store arrived for work and found the front door glass had been broken out.

Deputies arrived on scene and found a large amount of blood on the ground. Several minutes later the hospital called and report a young man with a severe cut to his arm.

Deputies responded to the hospital and Codie Letchworth, 19, confessed to breaking into the store. He has been arrested for burglary , the case is still under investigation and several more arrests are expected.

UPDATE: Westley Mayo, 18 was arrested this afternoon after he was developed as a suspected in the early morning  burglary of the Creekstop Grocery Store. The suspect arrested earlier in the day named Mayo as an accomplice. Mayo is currently out on bond on several other burglary charges.
