Two Held on Child Abuse Charges - WMBB News 13 - The Panhandle's News Leader
On 07/25/2012 incident of child abuse was reported to the Marianna Police Department in which the reporter stated that the minor child had been struck about the back an arm with an unknown object.
Officers noticed bruising and other marks on the Child's back and arm consistent with abuse. Warrants were obtained for the mother and the mother's fiancé and they were taken into custody without incident.
Arrested were:
Reginald Anthony Spires B/M 28yoa, 2984 A Smith Street Marianna, Fl. Charge: Child Abuse
Hailey Denise Johns W/F 24yoa, 2984 A Smith Street Marianna, FL. Charge: Child Neglect
