Things change, but for more than five decades, there has been one constant in Bay County. On Saturday another birthday celebration. Captain Anderson's Marina has been a landmark on Grand Lagoon for fifty five years, and the home port for dozens of charter boats. The Andersons actually started their business at the marina in downtown Panama City, before moving to the current location on Thomas Drive. The celebration included free fishing and face painting for the kids and free ice-cream courtesy of Blue Bell.
