The Holmes County Sheriff's Office is currently asking for the public's assistance with two recent thefts in Holmes County.
Missing from a farm in Northeast Holmes County is one 20' X 8' heavy duty metal farm trailer with two mobile home axles, yellow in color, with fold up metal loading ramps. This trailer was loaded with 1"x4" and 1"x6" tongue and groove oak boards, 12' and 16' in length, and ruff cut cedar boards 8 feet long. Also on the trailer were 15 sheets of 2'x10' 5V roofing metal.
Also recently missing from the same community is a 2009 Buell (brand) sport bike, black in color, similar to the one pictured.
Anyone with information concerning these thefts or other crimes in Holmes County can call Crime Stoppers of Holmes County at 866-689-8477. You will not have to give your name and you may be entitled to a cash reward of up to one thousand dollars. You may also call the Holmes County Sheriff's Office at 850-547-3681.
