Less than an hour after a fatal accident Sunday morning a Bay County Sheriff's Deputy directing traffic around the accident scene was struck by a motorist.
Deputy Jeff Duggins received minor injuries Sunday morning when 22 year old Lindsey Bobo failed to obey his directions. Her car struck him as he jumped out of the way. It happened at the intersection of Back Beach Road and Moylan Avenue.
Bobo was cited for driving around a traffic detour barricade.
