Downtown Panama City Celebrates The Arts With “Artique” - WMBB News 13 - The Panhandle's News Leader

So the rain did keep some people indoors on Saturday, but others didn't let the raindrops stop them.  It's the second Saturday of the month, for the past three years in downtown Panama City that means "Artique".  More than twenty businesses participated, and many opened their doors early.  Visitors to the downtown area were invited to come in, and learn about making jewelry, or how to paint.  Artique downtown will continue through the month of October.
