Philomena Martrain visited News 13 This Morning on Wednesday to share her recipe for an easy Crawfish Etoufee.  Philomena hails from Louisiana and used to own a Cajun restaurant.  She now works at Legendary Marine and no longer cooks professionally. However, if you'd like to get a taste of her Cajun talent, in the spring you can attend Legendary Marine's open house and sample her famous jambalaya.
