With West Nile Virus spreading across the country, and the heavy rains we've been experiencing locally,  The Beach Mosquito Control District wants to make sure parents are protecting their kids from mosquito bites.  Beach Mosquito Control Research & Development Leader Cindy Mulla visited News 13 This Morning on Monday. She was here to talk about steps parents can take to help kids stay mosquito bite-free.
