Chef Derryck's Key Lime Pie (2)

Chef Derryck Adams visited News 13 This Morning on Wednesday to share an easy Key Lime Pie recipe:

  • Chef Derryck's Easy Key Lime Pie
    • 4 oz Eggs
    • 8 oz Key Lime juice
    • 34 oz Condensed Mil
    • 1 lb graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/2 lb butter
  • Whip egg yolk 'til fluffy
  • Gradually add the key lime juice
  • Fold the condensed milk
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 300 degrees

Chef Adams is an internationally acclaimed pastry chef who has won Gold Medals in several international pastry competitions.  He also won the Chocolate Creations Recipe Contest in 2007, with his Cappuccino Chocolate Delight.  

Originally from Sri Lanka, Chef Adams currently resides in Destin where he practices his passion for making wedding cakes, and gourmet pastries.
