Man Arrested For False Child Abuse Claim - WMBB News 13 - The Panhandle's News Leader

The Bay County Sheriff's Office arrested a local man today after determining his claim of child abuse against his ex-wife proved unfounded. Investigators in the Criminal Investigations Division believe the man has made an estimated thirty complaints to the BCSO and DCF since 2009. All have been investigated and determined to be unfounded.

Joseph Joel Till, 39, of 538 W. 4^th Court in Panama City, was arrested and charged with Filing a False Report of Child Abuse.
