Arnold and Mosley's swim teams joined forces Saturday for an 18-team swim meet that boasted over 600 swimmers from Pensacola to Tallahassee. Prelims started early Saturday, with Finals wrapping up around 10 Saturday night. The top three teams took home trophies, and Panama City Swim Team President Bruce Duderstadt says because the turnout for this year's meet is larger then ever, even rivals learn to work with one another.
"This is such a large meet, even though Arnold and Mosley, we are opponents in most events, for swimming, we come together," laughs Duderstadt. "This is unique to have this many swimmers. We normally have 8 or 9 teams, but this year, it seems like everybody likes this meet, it's an interesting meet, lot of fun, so we had a big turnout this year."
