Fifth Person Charged in 11th Street Shooting

The Panama City Police Department continues to investigate the fatal shooting that took place on September 17, 2012, at approximately 11:15 pm at 2514 E. 11th Street.

Marc Addison Logan, 41 years of age, died later that night at a local hospital as a result of the gunshot wounds. Antonio Lee Edwards, 32 years of age, was treated and released at a local hospital for his gunshot wound. Terrance Devon Goodman, 36 years of age, was with the other victims when the shooting occurred and he was not injured.

Further information learned and evidence collected during this investigation identified the following listed person as being involved in the shooting incident and murder. After an arrest warrant was obtained, assistance was requested from the United States Marshals Florida Regional Task Force to help locate and apprehend the suspect. The task force is comprised of U.S. Marshals and members the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Panama City Police Department, and Bay County Sheriff's Office.

Raphael Morris, 20 years of age, was apprehended by the U.S. Marshals Task Force on October 2, 2012, at approximately 8:45 pm in Panama City, Florida. Morris is charged with an open count of Murder and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery.

Calvin Grubbs, Ricardo Manning and Raphael Morris are being held without bond in the Bay County Jail. Jabarus Pittman has been waived to adult status and is also being held without bond in the Bay County Jail. Terrance Goodman was extradited back to Bay County following his arrest in Seminole County, Florida. Goodman has posted bond for his charges of tampering with physical evidence related to this incident and an unrelated grand theft charge.

This case remains under investigation and additional charges are expected against the persons arrested as the investigation continues. To preserve the integrity and progress of the investigation, further information related to evidence details will not be released at this time.
