The Gulf County Sheriff's Office is trying to locate John Mark Florea on a warrant of exploitation of the elderly.
Florea is a white male and may be driving a 1999-2000 red Dodge pickup truck. Warrants for Florea have been issued for exploitation of the elderly. Florea makes contact with elder citizens and makes arrangement to put sealer on their asphalt driveway at a reasonable price but when finishes charges them thousands more. In one case, he quoted a 91-year-old man a price of $450, but charged him $4,485.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the Gulf County Sheriff's Office at 850-227-1115, Crimestoppers or your local law enforcement agency.
