The Bay County Council on Aging will hold its annual Fall Festival on Saturday November 3, 2012 at 1116 Frankford Avenue in Panama City. This year's event will kick off with a pancake breakfast at 7am. There will also be a silent auction that will include items from scooter chairs to fine art. Beth Coulliette, Executive Director of The Bay County Council on Aging said every dollar raise at this year's event will help to generate nine dollars in government funds to help with senior services.
