Bay High Million Dollar Band Celebrates the Arts - WMBB News 13 - The Panhandle's News Leader

Two nationally recognized talents were in Panama City Sunday night to help raise money to send the Bay High School band to the Orange Bowl. 

Bay County Sheriff Frank McKeithen and Panama City Mayor Greg Brudnicki introduced the acts.
