Gulf Coast State College Department of Continuing Education is excited to announce the launch of two new Continuing Education Certificate programs designed for anyone in a customer contact position. The programs are designed to provide consistent training for all of your customer contact employees and their supervisors.
Visit the GCSC Panama City Campus to learn about these new GCSC Continuing Education Certificates during an information session and preview of the Customer Service Specialist Certificate training on Monday, November 19, 2012 in Student Union East Room 244 from 9:00 am – 11:00 am. Registration is not required and the information session and preview are open to the public.
For those attending the session or that register for the initial December and January sessions, GCSC-Continuing Education Department is extending a special price that includes a $100 discount for each certificate program to help our customer service oriented businesses and individuals obtain the training they need.
