A Dallas jury awarded Mr. Henderson and his family $9 million in Henderson v. Dow Chemical. This case was selected as the number one 2011 Texas product liability verdict. The mesothelioma case was brought on behalf of the late Mr. Henderson, his wife and two children. A verdict in Gensler v. Hercules, Inc. for $8.4 million was chosen as the second highest product liability verdict in 2011 in the state of Texas. This case was filed t on behalf of the late Mr. Gensler and his widow. This mesothelioma verdict is believed to be the very first asbestos-related verdict awarded against Hercules, Inc. for asbestos exposure at a Dow Chemical plant.
