The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a single car crash in Panama City Beach that killed the driver.
The crash happened just before midnight Friday near the intersection of Delwood Beach Road and Delwood Drive.
The FHP says a 2006 Dodge Charger was eastbound on Delwood Beach Road at a high rate of speed and failed to stop at the "T" intersection. The vehicle crossed over Delwood Drive, collided with a tree and caught on fire.
The driver was identified as Jessica Iwalani Kalma, 23, of Panama City Beach.
