An empty shell is all that's left of a building in Panama City Beach after a Saturday morning fire.
Crews from PCB Fire Rescue and the Bay County Fire Department responded to the former site of Capt. Joe's restaurant just before 4:30 a.m. Officials said the building was fully engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived at the scene.
"We have the state fire marshal [and] their dog here, so they will be doing some investigating," said Capt. Joe Cocco of PCB Fire Rescue.
Cocco said the building appears to be a total loss.
