Local foodie, kitchen enabler, and farmers' market chef, Chef Jessica Bright visited News 13 This Morning on Monday. Jessica was joined by her two kids and shared a few ways to get the whole family involved in Holiday cooking. They made Winter Squash Pilaf and Pumpkin Cheesecake Trifle.
Jessica is leading a Bay County Public Library cooking series, FRESH HOLIDAY COOKING, on four consecutive Thursdays, beginning November 29 from 6pm to 7pm. The classes are free and open to the public and will teach preparation of an entire holiday meal using local ingredients. No cooking experience is necessary and all materials are provided. However, seating is limited, so call (850) 763-7359 or visit www.WaterfrontMarkets.org for reservations.
