Bay County, Fla. -
Just a week before her murder trial, 48-year-old Judy Lynn Gsell finds out, one of her recorded statements will remain public.
Last week Gsell's defense team asked Judge Elijah Smiley to suppress a testimony made by the defendant. They claim she was unaware the conversation was being recorded.
Gsell is charged for the death of her husband, 80-year-old Raymond Gsell, who was strangled and stuffed in a freezer.
The trial is expected to start next monday in the Bay County Courthouse.
