Sikes Signs To Play Softball At Thomas University - WMBB News 13 - The Panhandle's News Leader

A Liberty County Bulldog has signed to play softball next year at the next level.

Ashley Sikes signed to play for Thomas University in Thomasville, Georgia.

Last year Ashley had a .487 batting average and as a Pitcher for the bulldogs she held a 1.02 era. When she wasn't pitching she played first base and held a .993 fielding percentage for the season.

Ashley helped lead the Bulldogs to an undefeated 12-0 district schedule as well as helping Liberty County make it to the class 1-A regional finals where they lost to Port St. Joe.
