An Altha teenager is dead after a single car crash in Jackson County. It happened just before noon Saturday on County Road 69-A.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol says Angel Enrique Morales, 18, was northbound when his 2004 Ford Edge pickup veered onto the right shoulder at a curve in the roadway. When Morales steered left, he lost control and hit a culvert, the FHP said. The truck became airborne and the driver was ejected.
