Chef Adams is an internationally acclaimed pastry chef who has won Gold Medals in several international pastry competitions. He also won the Chocolate Creations Recipe Contest in 2007, with his Cappuccino Chocolate Delight.
Originally from Sri Lanka, Chef Adams currently resides in Destin where he practices his passion for making wedding cakes, and gourmet pastries.
