Operation Spay Bay Opens New Facility - WMBB News 13 - The Panhandle's News Leader

There is an alarming number of abandoned animals in bay county, That means more than six thousand animals are euthanized every year. Four organizations have pulled together to help save as many animals as possible.

Operation Spay Bay is a coalition made up of the animal rescue center, Castaway Cats, Humane Society, and Paws and Claws. They're planning to open a new facility near downtown panama city to offer a low cost way to deal with the crisis.
